Ingredients
3 wings- cut into drums and flats to make 6 Chicken wings
30 g Spiceman’s® Prego sprinkle/rub
80 mL Saucalitos® Hong kong sticky
Preparation
Slice the wings into drums and flats.
Preheat oven to 180 Degrees Celsius.
Rub the sprinkle on the wings and place them in a tray, and into the oven they go.
Cook for about 20 minutes and then add the Saucalitos® Hong Kong Sticky marinade over- mix and then place back in the oven for a further 10 minutes. Let the sauce get thick and sticky.
When wings are cooked and caramelized, serve.
