Ingredients
1 kg Rice
30 g Salt
100g Garden/ Green Peas
100g Red Onion
1 of each Mixed Peppers
90g Spiceman’s® Savoury Rice Spice
1500ml Water
150ml Cooking Oil
Preparation
Place rice into a medium to large pot with water and salt, and bring to a boil. Cook this until the rice is cooked (20 – 25 minutes). Then drain any excess water and set aside.
Then heat up oil on medium heat in a pan and cook the peas, onions and mixed peppers until they are soft.
Once the veg mix is cooked, add the savoury rice spice in and cook in for about 30 seconds.
Once that is cooked, add the mix into the rice and mix well until all the rice is coated in the Spiceman’s® Savoury Rice mix.
