Ingredients
150 g Chicken Stock
4 L Water
5 g Black Peppercorns
10 g Onion Powder
10 g Garlic Powder
10 g Aromax®
2 Bay Leaves (dried)
5 g Thyme (dried)
5 g Rosemary (dried)
2 kg Ribs
300 mL Sauceman’s® N.Y Buffalo
Preparation
Place all the spices in water in a large pot. Bring this brine to a boil and then place the ribs inside, and cook for 30-40 minutes or until the rib meat is soft.
Heat up grill.
Once ribs are done cooking, place them on the grill and cook, basting with Sauceman’s® N.Y Buffalo as you cook.
Once the marinade is caramelized and the ribs have grill marks on them, you know the ribs are ready.
Serve.
