Ingredients
150 g Fries
60 mL Topcheese â„¢ Loader â„¢
10 g Savory Chip & Potato Spice
15 g Cheddar Cheese
Preparation
Preheat the deep fryer to 160 degrees Celsius. Once the oil is ready, place the chips in the oil and fry for 5 to 7 minutes, or cooked until golden brown.
Drain the oil from the chips, then place them in a bowl. Pour the chip spice on and toss them to coat evenly in the chip spice.
Layer half the chips in a plate, then pour half of the cheese sauce, and place half of the grated cheese on top. Then repeat this one more time to finish it off.
You can chop up some fresh parsley and sprinkle it on top to finish it off.
