About the Recipe

Ingredients
2 kg Chicken Wings
1 cup Saucalitos® Marinade Filipino Honey Soy® Stir-Fry
2 cloves Fresh Garlic, minced
5 g Spring Onion
2 g Sesame Seeds for garnishing
Preparation
Preparation Method:
Cut the chicken wings into drums and flats (buffalo wings) and trim off the wing tips (you do not need them). Place the wing pieces in a container combined with the rest of the ingredients, stir well and seal the bowl. Allow the wings to marinade for at least 4 hours in the fridge or overnight for maximum flavour. Preheat the oven to 180°C.  Place wings and marinade into a roasting tray and roast at 180°C for approximately 30 minutes, turning every 10 minutes.  Once cooked remove the wings from the roasting pan and set aside.

For a fantastic gravy, put the remaining juices from the roasting pan into a saucepan. Add a mixture of a little corn flour mixed with water to thicken it up and bring to the boil. Serve in a gravy dish.
