About the Recipe

Ingredients
4 Skinless Chicken Breast Fillets
2 Tablespoons Margarine
4 Burger Buns
30ml Whip Burger & Salad Garnish™ Wonder Whip®
60ml Thai-One® Sauce Thai Sweet Chilli®
5 g sliced onion
40 g sliced tomato
30 g shredded lettuce
Preparation
Step 1
Melt butter in a frying pan over medium heat. Place breasts on the frying pan and fry for about 5 minutes each side. Reduce the heat and turn over the breasts. Place 60ml of the Thai Sweet Chilli® allowing the breasts to simmer in the sauce for 2 minutes, turning them for to evenly coat. Cook for a further 2 minutes Season to taste.
Step 2
Serve in a nice large bun that is warmed and buttered with a spread of Wonder WhipTM, a slice of sweet onion, a slice of a large tomato, and shredded lettuce.
Great Tip:
A slice of Swiss cheese and/or pineapple layered on the burger patty is great.
A pickle of your choice adds an additional touch.
Serve with our Shrimp Dijon & Honey Mustard Salad.
Add a spread of Thai One® Thai Sweet Chilli Sauce for a extra zest.
