About the Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 Sesame roll

  • 1Chicken fillet

  • 40 g Lettuce ( shredded)

  • 30 g Tomato (2 slices)

  • 40 ml Candï Whipâ„¢

  • 60 ml Saucalitos® Portuguese lemon and herb

  • Sauceman’s® Prenadeâ„¢

  • 5 g butter (for toasting the burger bun)

Preparation

  1. Flatten the breast with a mallet and place it into a container with the Sauceman’s® Prenade™

  2. Once ready to cook, grill the fillet and keep basting with lemon and herb on both sides until the fillet is cooked.

  3. Slice the bun in half and toast them on both sides. Then add Candï Whip™, lettuce and tomato on the top half, and Candï Whip™and the fillet on the bottom half. Baste the fillet one last time.

  4. Assemble and serve.
