Crispy Buffalo Wings

About the Recipe

Ingredients

  • 3 full wings- cut into flats and drums to make 6 Chicken wings

  • 80g Fired Breading - Easy Chef ®

  • 80 ml of chosen dunking sauce

  • 200ml Water

  • Oil for frying


Preparation

  1. Preheat oil to 160 Degrees Celsius.

  2. Slice the whole wing in flats and drums (make 6 pieces).

  3. Place water in a bowl. Put the breading in a separate bowl.

  4. Dip the wings in the water and then into the breading.

  5. Then place the coated wing into the deep fryer and cook until the wings are golden in color and cooked on the inside (5-8 minutes).


OR


DUNKED WINGS:

  1. Follow method above and as soon as the wings are cooked.

  2. Heat the dunking sauce of choice in a pan until it boils and bubbles.

  3. Then throw in the wings and coat all evenly in the sauce.

  4. Serve.
