Ingredients

  • 1 patty(250 g) Beef Patty

  • 1 Bun Burger Buns

  • 5 g (sliced) Red Onion

  • 35 g (Shredded) Lettuce

  • 30 g (2 slices) Tomato

  • 50 ml (for basting) Sauceman's® BBQ

  • 50ml Topcheeseâ„¢ Loaderâ„¢

  • 40ml Candï Whipâ„¢

  • 5 g (for bun) Butter

  • 1-2 slices Cheddar Cheese

Preparation

  1. Cut all burger garnishes (Tomato, Onion, Lettuce) into specified cuts.

  2. Grill the burger Patty until cooked. Baste both sides of the patty with the Sauceman's® BBQ while cooking.

  3. Cut the bun in half, and butter both sides. Then, toast until golden. Keep aside.

  4. Warm up the cheese sauce in a pot/pan for 2 minutes (just to heat it up).


  5. While the cheese sauce is warming up, take the bottom of the bun and the top of the bun and get your other ingredients ready. Place the Candï Whip™, lettuce, tomato, onion, cheese slice and beef patty on the top half of the bun. Then place the other half of the Candï Whip™ on the bottom bun. Then place the top half of the bun onto the bottom.

  6. Now that your cheese sauce is heated up, pour it over your burger and serve while still warm.
