Ingredients
1 Sesame roll
200 mL Water
1/150 g Chicken Fillet
 60 g Cajun Breading (Easy Chef®)
40 g Lettuce
25 g Tomatoes
30 mL Candï Whip™
Preparation
Preheat oil in deep fryer to 160 Degrees Celsius.
Place the water in a bowl.
Cut lettuce and tomato slices for the burger bun. Also, cut the bun in half and toast both sides.
Then place breading in another bowl. Take the chicken fillet and dip it into the water, then into the breading.
Place the chicken breast in the oil and cook for 5-7 minutes, or until golden and cooked inside. Once cooked, keep aside.
Take the top and bottom of the burger bun and put Candï Whip™on both sides. Then add lettuce and tomato on the top bun and the chicken fillet/breast on the bottom half. Then assemble.
Serve.
