Ingredients

  • 250 mL Cream

  • 2 kg Chicken Livers

  • 1 Red Onion

  • 20 mL Oil

  • 1 kg Saucalitos® Portuguese Peri Periâ„¢ MILD and Portuguese Lemon & Herbâ„¢

Preparation

  1. Heat oil in a pot and then add the livers to seal them. Drain any excess water that may come up in the pot.

  2. Then add the onion and cook with the livers for 5 minutes.

  3. Then add in the cream and Saucalitos® Peri-Peri sauces, and cook for a further 5 minutes.

  4. Serve.
