Ingredients
250 mL Cream
2 kg Chicken Livers
1 Red Onion
20 mL Oil
1 kg Saucalitos® Portuguese Peri Peri™ MILD and Portuguese Lemon & Herb™
Preparation
Heat oil in a pot and then add the livers to seal them. Drain any excess water that may come up in the pot.
Then add the onion and cook with the livers for 5 minutes.
Then add in the cream and Saucalitos® Peri-Peri sauces, and cook for a further 5 minutes.
Serve.
